Season 02, Episode 25:
Ripe

We are doing anything but settling for today’s guests: Robbie Wulphsohn and Sampson Hellerman of alternative pop rockers Ripe.

Since forming in 2011, the Berklee School of Music graduates have made a name for themselves on the back of AAA radio hits such as 2023’s “Settling,” and chronic touring alongside esteemed acts such as DISPATCH, O.A.R., Jason Mraz, and Michael Franti.

Ripe recently released their new single “Try Not to Look” on March 21st. Their “Live On” Tour begins April 1st in Bloomington, Indiana and hits the northeast later in the month with a performance at our podcast’s hometown venue Higher Ground in South Burlington, Vermont on April 19th.

Sampson and Robbie join us to discuss Pamnation (we all love Pam Condron), avoiding burnout on the road, surviving and embracing jam-culture, touring with a who’s-who of barefoot rockers, the Berklee effect, and a presumed album… or whatever you want to call it.

Make sure to get tickets for the upcoming tour at RipetheBand.com, and stay up-to-date on show announcements and new music by following @RipeLove across social media.

Our show is available wherever you consume podcasts by aging self-proclaimed music geeks.

Praise for our show:

Let’s insert a SUPER SICK quote from someone SUPER FAMOUS here, so people know our show is good.
